Please report detention within 30 minutes of it actively happening. It’s essential to record the IN and OUT times on your BOL; without this, your detention claim will be denied.

Make sure to complete the detention notification form. Once you hit submit, our office will be notified immediately. If it’s after hours, please inform the broker, and we will follow up the next business morning. Thank you!
