DETENTION INSTRUCTIONS

Please report detention within 30 minutes of it actively happening. It’s essential to record the IN and OUT times on your BOL; without this, your detention claim will be denied.

For AFTER HOURS SUPPORT regarding detention, please call our office at 302-450-3272 ext 222.

Make sure to complete the detention notification form. Once you hit submit, our office will be notified immediately. If it’s after hours, please inform the broker, and we will follow up the next business morning. Thank you!
