 Must have a CDL A and your own Sleeper truck or Day-cab  (no hotshots or company driver positions available)
Must be able to purchase your own tags

Must have 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run

Step 1 - Pre-Approval Process -  Pre-Approval process can be completed in less than 24 hours. 

Step 2 - Complete Remaining Documents and get your IRP

Step 3 - Take your Pre-Employment Drug Test

Final Step - We send your truck permits and get you rolling!

EM Way does not have:
Local Freight;  company trucks; Lease Purchase Options

 Fixed Operating Costs - Deductions are as follows:

1.  $275 per week for - insurances
2. Fuel Purchases and cash advances taken on the card
3. Occupational Accident Ins - this is a self employed version of workman's comp, and covers the driver if he/she should be injured on or off duty.  It also comes with Death benefits.  (This fee is $150 a month, and is deducted the first week of each month)

Optional Deductions are:

1.  Physical Damage & Bobtail based on the value of the truck (this insurance covers your truck should it be damaged for any reason)
2. Pre-Pass Tolls (costs $10 a week for the unit and we deduct all toll charges the 2nd week of each month)
3. Trailer Rental(s) - $145 for a van, $350 for a Reefer, $175 for a flat/step

Security deposits:Deductions start the second week, until the balance is paid in full.  We can use up to 50% of the security deposit on file, to assist with any repairs/maintenance items.With your own trailer - $1,500 ($150 per week)Trailer rental - $3,000  ($200 per week)
